About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team at Cinque Terre Chadstone', located in the heart of Chadstone, Victoria. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Italian restaurant, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional dining experience for our customers. What you'll be doing

- Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations alongside existing management team.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality food preparation

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure
