About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated team at Woodville Little Learners Pty Ltd in Woodville South, SA. This full-time role will involve delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners, helping them to develop and thrive in a nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

2. Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of each child

3. Observing, documenting and assessing children's progress to inform future planning

4. Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant early childhood education regulations and policies

6. Actively participating in professional development to continuously improve your practice

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

2.



Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) as a qualified Kindergarten or Preschool Teacher

3. Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current best practices in early childhood education

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

5. Creativity, flexibility and a passion for nurturing young children's learning and development

6. Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia

7. Current working with children check and first aid certification
