About the Role
You’ll support the daily operation of our market store, working hands‑on while guiding the team to deliver excellent service and consistently high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with doughnut preparation, cooking, and service
Provide direction and support to team members
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
Serve customers and operate the POS
Manage stock rotation and restocking
Help keep the stall running smoothly and safely
What We’re Looking For
Experience in fast food, hospitality, or retail
Confidence leading small teams
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Positive, hands‑on attitude
Weekday availability on market days:
Food safety knowledge
