Our new Burswood venue will be a buzzing destination where people come together to recharge, connect, and share the sauna experience in a fresh, modern way. We’re looking for a confident, upbeat Front of House Team Member to help us bring this vibrant recent space to life.

About the Role

As Front of House, you’ll be the welcoming face that makes every guest feel at home. You’ll combine customer service, presentation, and attention to detail with a genuine love for people and connection.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests with warmth and confidence.
Keep the venue looking vibrant, clean, and inviting at all times.




Answer questions, manage bookings, and support smooth guest flow.
Support your team in creating a lively, connected atmosphere.
Ensure guests leave feeling better than when they arrived.

About You
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused - you know how to make people feel welcome.
Experience in hospitality, guest services, or spa/wellbeing venues preferred.
Organised, reliable, and proactive in a busy environment.
Tech-friendly and comfortable with booking/payment systems.
A team player who thrives on connection and community.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $41.50 per hour
