About The Role

We are looking for a Website Content Administrator who will create and edit product content across the company website.

- This is fixed term 12 month contract
- This role is located in our Head Office in Galway
- Starting Salary: €35,000

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Web Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Write transparent, concise product descriptions for the website in accordance with brand guidelines
- Review, process and upload product content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with webdata and buying teams to ensure product information is presented to a high standard online
- Review and optimise product descriptions and key product features where required
- Collaborate with Web Data, buying teams and web data to ensure product information is presented to a high standard online




- Providing internal reporting and carrying out ad hoc projects as requested

The Ideal Candidate

- Have high attention to detail
- Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be forward thinking, problem solving and engaging in active process improvement
- Have strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Have an understanding of Online Content Management Systems
