Beyond Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care to children with disabilities in Tingalpa. Role Responsibilities

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for children with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing personal care and daily living assistance, including meal preparation and hygiene support
- Supporting children in engaging activities that promote social, cognitive, and physical development
- Facilitating community participation and social inclusion
- Assisting in developing independence and essential life skills
- Collaborating with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care




- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to NDIS compliance requirements

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of reliability and professionalism

Essential Certifications (or willingness to obtain):

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
