**About the Role**

Supervise and coordinate the activities of Food & Beverage Attendants.

Main Tasks:

- supervise front of house staff including reservations and food delivery
- oversee food and safety standards and related compliance
- induction for recent employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- determine work requirements and allocate duties to Food & Beverage staff
- coordinate activities with other service units
- maintains attendance records and/or rosters as appropriate




- confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals & service
- monitor and operate computerised point of sale system

**Qualifications and Skills**
- AQF Certificate III or equivalent qualification
- current RSA qualification
- at least 2 years recent experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor
- demonstrated experience with:

- staff supervision and training
- customer servicing practices
- sound knowledge and experience with workplace hygiene, work health and safety and responsible servicing of alcohol
- proven ability to operate restaurant management software

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
