Job is located in Chatswood, Sydney. This role requires someone to come to our Chatswood warehouse 5 days a week.

We are currently seeking an attentive, fun, friendly and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our small team at our Chatswood warehouse. **Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, demonstrating high attention to detail
- Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance our sustainable practices and customer service strategies
- Advocate for our brand's commitment to sustainability in every interaction

**Essential Qualities and Skills**:

- Friendly, caring and empathetic to all customers
- Robust attention to detail (no spelling mistakes/grammatical errors and making sure all customer names are spelled correctly)
- Ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Details**:

- Location: Hero Packaging Warehouse, Chatswood
- Hours: 25 hours per week

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency with customer service ticketing systems and other relevant software

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
