Simran Air Travels is seeking an experienced and driven Travel Agency Manager to oversee the operations of our busy agency in Canning Vale, Western Australia. **About the Role**

As the Travel Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a small team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the reputation of Simran Air Travels as a trusted name in the travel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the travel agency to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Lead, train, and support a team of travel consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners
- Ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations, policies, and industry standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues in a timely manner

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 2-3 years of experience in a travel agency management or team leadership role
- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team
- Solid knowledge of travel booking systems and industry practices
- A qualification in Travel or Tourism is preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of GDS (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) and booking systems
- Familiarity with online booking tools, CRM platforms, and accounting software used in the travel industry
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
