**Your Role**:
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels valued and respected. Your responsibilities will include:





- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and patient records efficiently
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly
- Supporting the medical team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

**Part-Time Hours**:

- 10-20 hours per week
- Shifts rostered between Monday and Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Flexibility with days and hours can be discussed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
- A respectful and kind approach to all interactions
