Registered Nurse - Relocate to Busselton/Dunsborough

Capecare is a leading provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors across the Southwest region of Western Australia, with facilities in Busselton and Dunsborough.

Responsibilities

- Day‑to‑day operational management of our facilities in Dunsborough and Busselton
- Ensure residents experience person‑centred care and services
- Coach and support direct reports, adhering to Capecare values
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Budgeting and financial management and staff management
- Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 1 year of full‑time Australian experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds




- Demonstrated ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
- For those requiring sponsorship: current visa must have 8‑12 months until expiry at time of application
