Job Description

- Lead and manage the daily operations of Alstonville Family Dental.
- Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.




- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
- Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

Qualifications

- Experience in dental, medical, or allied health practice management
- Experience as a Practice Manager in a dental practiceis advantageous
- Experience with practice management softwareis preferable but not essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- A warm, patient‑focused approach
