We are an established Building Company providing Strata and Insurance Repair work for the leading Strata Insurance and Strata Management companies across NSW and ACT for over 45 years.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in our Kingsgrove office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers a high standard of customer service.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday.
About the role
As an Administration Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing updates to clients
- Handling general administrative tasks, including digital filing
- Updating company and client systems with new instructions, job notes and correspondence
- Assisting the Scheduling Team by gathering client information and confirming appointments
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role (essential)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Property or Strata (advantageous but not required)
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
- Full working rights in Australia (permanent work rights with no restrictions)
