About the Company

Our client is a well-established multinational business operating within the industrial materials sector, supplying products across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Granville, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their close-knit and supportive team.

This is an office-based casual role with strong permanent potential for the right candidate. Two days working from home on offer once you are trained.

About the Role

This position is focused on end-to-end order processing and customer coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end processing and management of customer sales orders
- Coordinate outbound logistics and freight movements with transport providers
- Generate order confirmations, delivery documentation and invoices
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support




- Coordinate interstate stock transfers
- Maintain customer pricing and order data within SAP
- Liaise across sales, warehousing, logistics, procurement and finance teams

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in customer service and sales order processing
- SAP experience strongly looked upon
- Experience coordinating outbound logistics and freight
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
