About the Role ?
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team full-time. This hands-on role involves maintaining our large campus grounds and surrounding sites to ensure they remain safe, tidy, and functional. You’ll work across Collingwood Park and surrounding suburbs, operating a variety of grounds maintenance equipment and carrying out minor maintenance tasks.

Key Duties ?️
- Mowing and edging lawns
- Hedging and pruning
- Whipper snipping
- General grounds maintenance
- Minor maintenance and basic repairs
- Safely operating machinery and equipment
- Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience operating ride-on mowers, particularly Toro Zero Turn mowers
- Competency using grounds maintenance equipment
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred 1 year of experience)
- A current driver’s licence
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Permanent Australian work rights or an appropriate visa
- A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- The ability to pass a National Police Check
