About Our Role We're looking for driven Sales Support Representatives to join our VIC team, supporting our corporate grocery accounts (Coles & Woolworths) across a defined territory. Reporting to our State Field Manager - Southern, this is a permanent part-time role, ideally worked across the weekdays - no weekends or nights.
You'll be hands-on in store, working closely with retail teams to ensure our brands are well presented, well stocked and positioned for impact. If you take pride in your work, enjoy building strong relationships and like being part of a team that gets things done, this could be the role for you.
We currently have two permanent part-time opportunities across the following territories:
- Outer East Melbourne (23 hours/week): Doncaster, Ringwood, Ferntree Gully and Lilydale, plus surrounding suburbs
- Inner South-East & East Melbourne (20 hours/week): Chadstone, Clayton, Camberwell and Balwyn, plus surrounding suburbs
What You Will Do
- Visit a portfolio of grocery stores within your territory
- Deliver strong in-store execution across merchandising, stock levels and product visibility
- Ensure displays and planograms are set and maintained to standard
- Build positive relationships with store managers and team members
- Identify opportunities to improve product presence, promotions and displays
- Plan your week and manage your territory coverage effectively
- Use digital tools to record store activity, report updates and maintain accurate data
- Take ownership of your territory, contributing to team goals and overall performance
About You You're someone who thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering strong in-store results across a structured territory.
- Experience in retail, merchandising or customer-facing roles
- Exposure to Coles, Woolworths or grocery environments is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, taking initiative to get things done
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships in-store
- Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and communication
- Comfortable being on your feet and handling physical and manual tasks
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
