About the Opportunity Una Sippy Downs is an Exceeding Service. With excellent facilities, natural outdoor environments, and fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house chef, we create enriching environments for both children and educators.

About Una

We are a family-owned, quality-driven organisation with 9 services across Brisbane, Gladstone, Highfields and the Sunshine Coast, including several rated as Exceeding under the National Quality Standard. We care for children aged six weeks to five years, including an approved Kindergarten program.

Child Safe Advocate Una Kids is a child protected organisation, the safety and wellbeing of children will always be our priority and we have an expectation that all team members will embrace this shared commitment. Nature, Animals & Outdoor Learning





Our programs embrace nature-based learning for all age groups - not just Kindergarten. We bring animals into our environments, including barnyard animals, aquariums, and reptiles, to foster empathy, responsibility, and respect for all living things. Our outdoor spaces are natural extensions of the classroom, encouraging exploration and connection to Country.

About you To be successful in these roles, you will need:

- Certificate III or Diploma
- Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
- Demonstrated knowledge of secure sleep practices
- Child Protection and Food Safety certifications, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- A genuine passion for nature-based early childhood education
