Business Services Accountant

Our client is a well-established public accounting firm that offers innovative and specialised financial services to the Darling Downs region.

They are seeking a Business Services Accountant with four or more years of experience to join the team.

This client-oriented opportunity will allow you to work within a forward-thinking team that predominantly services the agricultural, medical and wholesale industries.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Providing financial advice and assistance to small and medium-sized businesses;
- Advising and supporting clients on taxation, compliance, reporting and general financial matters;
- Maintaining client relationships to provide continuous high-quality assistance; and
- Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on client matters.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- At least four years of experience in a Public Practice Environment;
- A client-centric approach, along with exceptional communication and time management skills;
- The confidence and the ability to work with a diverse range of clientele; and
- Experience in Xero or equivalent accounting software.
