Graphic Designer / Social Content Designer

Do you live and breathe design, understand what works on social media and enjoy turning ideas into captivating design?

Get Cultured Agency is looking for a creative, motivated designer to join our team in Pyrmont three days a week (with the prospect to go full time)

This role is ideal for someone who has an eye for design, understands social media and design trends, and is comfortable working across branding, social media, digital campaigns and video editing.

You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing team across property, hospitality and lifestyle clients, helping bring brands to life through social feeds, campaign assets, short-form videos, digital content and brand identity work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Based in Sydney and available to work from our Pyrmont office three days per week
- In tune with social media, content trends and design trends




- Confident designing social media feeds, campaign assets, ads and digital content
- Comfortable editing short-form video content for Reels and other social platforms
- Able to assist with content shoots where required
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator
- Able to edit video using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar
- Interested in designing brand assets, visual identities and marketing collateral
- Able to design general collateral such as flyers, business cards, presentations and digital assets
- Excited to be part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same, working alongside our marketing team and Design Director

Experience with Canva is a bonus.

Photography, videography or content shooting experience will be highly regarded.

Location

This role is based in our Pyrmont office three days per week.
