Bar/Restaurant Supervisor – Plan B (Crows Nest)

Plan B is a fast-paced burger and beer bar in the heart of Crows Nest, known for quality food, strong service standards, and a high-energy environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our small, tight-knit team and take an active role in leading day-to-day operations.

The Role

This is a front-line leadership position where you’ll be working closely with the team on every shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading shifts and supporting the team across floor, bar, and service
- Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Managing busy service periods and resolving issues as they arise
- Making confident decisions and keeping service running smoothly
- Supporting team development and maintaining a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Solid attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality environment




- Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently
- A genuinely hands-on approach — willing to step in wherever needed

The Details

- Level 5 Supervisor: $37–$44 per hour (casual)
- 30–35 hours per week, with additional hours available if desired
- 3–4 closing shifts per week required
- Long-term & Full time opportunity for the right candidate
