ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and increasing workload, we are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our Welshpool workshop team.

This hands-on role will see you preparing and painting mining equipment components, stands, tooling, jigs, and associated equipment used across our rebuild operations.

You’ll be working within a modern workshop environment across a variety of mining and heavy equipment projects while helping maintain the high presentation and quality standards Complete Parts is known for.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE





• Surface preparation and masking
• Industrial spray painting and coating application
• Painting CAT mobile mining equipment and associated components
• Working across tooling, stands, fabrication projects, and rebuild equipment
• Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safe work practices
• Working closely with the rebuild and fabrication teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous industrial painting experience
• Experience working within mining, heavy equipment, or industrial environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Forklift licence highly regarded
• Current driver’s licence preferred
