ATTRACTIVE BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS

Genesis Health and Fitness Southern River is seeking a motivated and outgoing Membership Consultant to join our team. As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to sell memberships and generate new leads, while also providing exceptional service to our current members.

Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets
Proactively generate recent leads within the gym (no door knocking or cold calling)
Conduct tours and consultations with prospective members to demonstrate the advantages of joining our gym
Provide outstanding customer service to all members, including addressing questions and concerns in a timely and qualified manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and member interactions in our CRM system
Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and welcoming gym environment

Requirements:
Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in a gym or fitness environment but not required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with an ability to build rapport with potential members
A self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude towards work
Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
