We are currently seeking an attentive, fun, friendly and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our small team at our Chatswood warehouse. Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, demonstrating high attention to detail
Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance our sustainable practices and customer service strategies
Advocate for our brand's commitment to sustainability in every interaction

Essential Qualities and Skills:
Friendly, caring and empathetic to all customers
Solid attention to detail (no spelling mistakes/grammatical errors and making sure all customer names are spelled correctly)
Ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively




Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Details:
Location: Hero Packaging Warehouse, Chatswood
Hours: 25 hours per week

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Proficiency with customer service ticketing systems and other relevant software
