As a Site Foreman specializing in fitouts at Paramount Projects, you will play a crucial role in overseeing in office fitout construction activities. Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and dedication to safety will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of fitout projects in Kingsgrove and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Fitout Leadership:
Lead and inspire in office fitout teams in Kingsgrove, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines specific to fitout requirements.
Fitout Project Coordination:
Collaborate with fitout project managers, designers, and subcontractors to coordinate and execute fitout activities seamlessly.
Monitor daily progress and promptly address any fitout-specific issues to maintain project schedule.
Quality Assurance for Fitouts:




Conduct regular inspections to uphold Paramount Projects' high-quality standards in fitouts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Implement corrective actions to address any fitout-specific deviations from quality expectations.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact between on-site fitout personnel, fitout project management, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on fitout project progress, challenges, and milestones.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Foreman in fitouts within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fitout construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple fitout tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Types: Full time, Contract

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
Commission
Performance bonus

Construction: 2 years (preferred)
