Qualifications & experience FRONT OF HOUSE:
Minimum six months experience as a barista OR food and beverage attendant in a busy setting required.
Energetic, vibrant, confident and professional personality with an added flair for creativity.
Ideally some experience in the hospitality sector but as we will be placing a strong focus on staff development, we are more than happy to take people with the right attitude and train them into their role.
Highly adaptable and able to perform during high-pressure service periods.
Genuine interest and passion for the cafe industry, with a motivation and desire for continuous improvement and growth.
Excellent communication skills and a positive & driven attitude.
Take pride in your presentation.
Valid RSA or the ability of obtain.
Tasks & responsibilities
Wait tables and operate cash registers.
Prepare hot and cold beverages.
Serve alcoholic drinks.
General cleaning including pack down of section.




Restocking section for next shift.
Assist team members in other sections as required.

KITCHEN:
cook
Experience in busy kitchen
A certification in Hospitality or Cookery is highly desirable.
A sound understanding of Food Safety and OH&S; regulations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen such as drive-thru and grab and go.
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
A outstanding attitude and be a willing team player.
A genuine love for food, attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Strong professional and personal presentation.
Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
