We’re seeking an experienced and polished Host to join our luxury Front Office team at Hamilton Island. This is a guest-facing role where first impressions matter - you’ll welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, deliver seamless arrivals and departures, and ensure every stay is effortless and memorable. With attention to detail and service excellence, you’ll help create the luxury experience that sets Hamilton Island apart.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Provide attentive, intuitive service for enquiries and special requests
- Coordinate room allocations, reservations and changes with precision
- Maintain guest records, accounts and payments with accuracy
- Contribute to a seamless, luxury guest journey from start to finish
What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced hospitality professional with outstanding presentation, confidence and discretion. You thrive in a guest-focused setting where exceptional service is the standard.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Minimum of 12months’ experience in a Front Office or luxury hospitality role (Essential)
- Current open/unrestricted driver’s licence, held for 3+ years (Essential)
- Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Driver’s Authorisation (Essential)
- Certificate III/IV/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Desirable)
- Knowledge of front office systems and procedures (Desirable)
