Product Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics Technology

We are building the next generation Transport Enterprise Operating System (OS) designed specifically for the transport, logistics, warehousing and supply chain industry.

Our platform combines operational workflows, compliance, workforce management, fleet operations, warehousing and AI-driven intelligence into a single integrated ecosystem used by transport operators across Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our expanding team based in our Southbank office.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and real-world supply chain/logistics operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, developers and operations teams to help define, document and improve product functionality across our Operating System and Driver App.

The successful candidate will play a key role in translating operational transport and logistics requirements into clear product specifications, workflows and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business and operational requirements

- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis

- Translate customer and operational requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications

- Maintain Jira and Confluence

- Assist with product design, testing and implementation activities

- Support customer onboarding and operational solution design

- Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI-driven enhancements

- Work with transport operators, warehouse teams and supply chain stakeholders to improve operational outcomes

- Participate in product roadmap and feature planning discussions

- Take ownership of product modules and functionality across the Transport Operating System ecosystem

- Confidently present and demonstrate the platform to customers, industry stakeholders and prospective clients

- Be able to clearly explain operational workflows,



product capabilities and business value during customer demonstrations and workshops

- Work closely with customers to understand operational pain points and help shape future product enhancements

- Act as a bridge between customers, operations teams and developers to ensure successful product outcomes

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience within the transport, logistics, warehousing or supply chain industry

- Experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role

- Strong process mapping and documentation skills

- Experience working with Jira and Confluence

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to understand operational workflows and convert them into technical requirements

- Exposure to SaaS platforms, enterprise systems or supply chain technologies

- Understanding of transport compliance, fleet operations or warehouse operations will be highly regarded

Highly Regarded

- Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems or related fields

- Experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or enterprise operational platforms

- Exposure to Agile development environments

- Experience with AI-driven operational systems or automation technologies

- Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
