About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Job Site Specialist team within our Safety division in Brisbane and surrounds.
Your primary focus will be to work alongside our end users and partners to understand the demands of a constantly changing jobsite and how we can best deliver solutions for a safe, more productive jobsite.
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-user conversion to Milwaukee and grow market share across all product categories within your territory.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration.
- Identify and act on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users.




- Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Embrace ongoing learning, contribute to team culture, and actively participate in career development.

About you:

- Minimum 2 year of trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
- Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience (desired).
- Experienced with using CRM software (desired).
- A passion for safety in the workplace.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
- Full driver's licence and excellent driving history.
