Are you ready to lead the charge? We're on the hunt for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Sulzer Australia's Rydalmere Service Centre. You'll be overseeing a talented crew of approximately 10 Electrical Fitters, Tradespeople, and Apprentices. If you're skilled with AC/DC Electric Motors and thrive in a hands-on role, this opportunity is for you!

**Role Highlights**:
Lead and mentor a energetic team

**Key Responsibilities**:
Inspect, repair, and overhaul electro-mechanical equipment





Collaborate with management to meet targets Mentor and develop team members ‍ Ensure health and safety compliance
- ️ Quoting and estimating jobs

**Requirements**:
Trade Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in the repair and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery Strong problem-solving and communication skills
