**Role Description**:
As a Support Worker in our Glenroy Supported Independent Living (SIL) house, you will:

- Providing **in-home support**, **social support**, and transportation to medical appointments and recreational activities.
- Supporting participants with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Assisting with **personal care**, **light domestic duties**, and **meal preparation**.
- Encouraging participants to achieve their goals, develop new skills, and maintain their independence.
- Ensuring participant safety and well-being at all times.

**What You’ll Need**:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have or be willing to provide:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Working with Children Check**:

- **NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR Certification.**:

- **Relevant Qualifications**:

- **COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate** (Three doses) and Flu Shot Certificate.
- **Vehicle Registration** and **Comprehensive Insurance Certificate** (for personal vehicle use).
- Visa status
- Passport and Driver’s Licence - Current and valid.
- International Police Check

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
