**About the Role**
As a Support Services Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation care environment. Reporting to the Team Leader Support Services, you will contribute to a variety of essential services that support both clinicians and patients. From delivering responsive patient care to assisting with security and emergency response, your efforts will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
In addition to supporting patient care, you will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and waste management across the campus. Your role will be vital in ensuring the delivery of quality services that uphold the rehabilitative care environment, making a positive impact on the wellbeing of patients and staff alike. **Key Role Requirements**:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, communicating across diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
- Proven experience in rehabilitation care environments,
with a strong focus on security and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients, their families, and visitors while maintaining privacy and professionalism.
- A solid understanding of workplace safety, Equal Opportunity, and OHS&W; policies, along with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage difficult situations confidently.
