**Receptionist - Mental Health Clinic (Milperra)**:

At our Milperra clinic, we believe the front desk is more than just a desk... it’s the heart of the client experience. We’re looking for someone warm, organised, and proactive to be that first, friendly point of contact... someone who keeps the wheels turning and the energy welcoming.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being dependable, and thrives in a people-focused environment where both calm and chaos can visit on any given day.

**What your day might look like**:

- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment bookings and client inquiries over the phone and in person
- Supporting clinicians with schedule coordination and administrative needs
- Processing payments and overseeing accounts receivable
- Keeping diaries and systems running smoothly

**We’d love to hear from you if you**:

- Have strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented
- Can confidently juggle tasks independently and collaboratively
- Enjoy technology and pick up systems quickly

**Bonus points for**:





- Experience with patient management software, especially **Zanda**... this would be a **huge advantage**:

- Understanding of **Medicare processes**, particularly those related to **mental health care plans**

You’ll be based at our Milperra clinic, with ongoing support from a broader admin team across our other two locations. It’s a beautiful blend of being part of a grounded team while staying connected to a larger, values-driven practice.
