**The Money (Straight Up)**
- $25 per confirmed booking
- Uncapped commission
- Standard day: ~60 calls → 7 bookings = $175/day in commission
- Top performers: 10+ bookings/day = $250+ commission every day

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
