**About the Role**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Leisure and Lifestyle Services, this role is pivotal in supporting the lifestyle teams to deliver engaging opportunities for over 270 residents across the three aged care homes at our Macquarie Park campus.

As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for partnering with people living in BaptistCare Residential Aged Care Homes by creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating a diverse leisure and lifestyle program. You will use your creative skills and innovation to deliver meaningful and engaging activities, tailored to an individual’s life experiences, goals and preferences. You will support and lead a team as together you seek to deliver the best outcomes for those living in our communities.

You'll have the prospect to work across our three well-established aged care homes in Macquarie Park - **Shalom Centre**, **Dorothy Henderson Lodge**, and **Cooinda Court** - each with unique offerings to its residents.

**About You**:

- You hold a Diploma of Leisure and Health, Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related/equivalent qualification
- You have previous experience working in the aged care sector
- You have proven Leadership experience in aged care or a community setting
- You possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- You have knowledge of current Aged Care Quality Standards
- You hold a current Driver’s license
