Harvey Norman Bondi Junction is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated **Administration Clerk** to join our dynamic team and help us deliver _Great Service, Always!_

**What You'll Be Doing**

As an Administration Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Accounts payable and reconciliations
- Banking
- Filing and other general administrative tasks
- Resolving customer and internal team members queries or complaints, and making decisions to maintain service excellence





**What We're Looking For**
- A passion for administrative work and retail
- Robust communications skills - both verbal and written
- High motivation and results-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience in accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and filing (preferred)
