Role: Senior Educator

Centre: Goodstart Cairns

Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week

Pay: up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits

Responsibilities

- Take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

You’ll Need

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
