Main Duties

- Operate the automated parking management system to record entries/exits and issue tickets.
- Collect parking fees accurately via cash, credit cards, or digital payments (KHQR).
- Welcome and provide clear directions or information to visitors regarding parking zones and building facilities.
- Monitor security and traffic flow at the booth area and entry/exit points.
- Prepare daily financial reports and ensure a accurate cash handover for each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment inside the parking booth.

Skills/ Experiences

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Basic English communication skills (essential for Grade A building standards).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with POS or parking software.
- Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, polite attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts and maintain focus during peak hours.
