The Opportunity:
Drive leasing success and deliver outstanding residential service in a premium Build To Rent (BTR) community at INDI Southbank. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you’ll lead leasing strategies, convert inspections, and nurture prospective residents through the entire leasing journey.
At a glance, you will:
- Achieve occupancy and rental targets with a focus on premium BTR benefits
- Manager CRM efficiently and maintain accurate leasing records
- Conduct compelling property tours and lease negotiations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team to showcase properties at their best
This is a fixed-term contract position that will conclude in May 2027. Skills & Experience
- Unrestricting working rights in Australia
- Current Agent’s Representative Certification + 1 year post qualification experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
