As Placements Administration Officer, you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of student placements by providing reliable administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day placement processes. About the role: You'll play an important part in supporting student placements by coordinating bookings, preparing contracts, maintaining records, and managing documentation. You will work closely with students and employers to respond to enquiries, organise placement logistics,
and ensure everything is in place and compliant. As part of a collaborative team, you'll help keep the placement process organised, efficient and responsive, while delivering reliable customer service throughout.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and execute student and employer placement contracts in accordance with governance requirements
- Act as first point of contact for student enquiries and provide customer service support
- Coordinate placement bookings, logistics, and related communications
- Maintain accurate placement records, documentation, and student records
- Prepare information for audits, compliance tracking, and reporting
- Manage stakeholder interactions and escalate enquiries where required
- Utilise placement systems and assist with sourcing placement opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in administration, including document preparation, record keeping and handling enquiries
- Strong stakeholder and customer service skills with the ability to respond promptly to enquiries
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including preparing correspondence and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Experience with CRM or student systems (desirable)
- Certificate level qualification (highly desirable
