We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, warmly welcoming them as they arrive and ensuring that their dining experience begins on a positive note. Your hospitality and attention to detail will set the tone for their visit, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging them to return time and time again.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the seating chart and coordinate table assignments to optimize seating capacity and guest flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure that all guests are receiving attentive service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist with general restaurant duties as needed, including answering phones, taking reservations,



and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $21.38 - $54.98 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
