Paul Sadler Swimland Altona is looking for highly motivated, fun and energetic people to join the team. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representatives who LOVE to help customers and offer the ultimate customer experience.

No experience necessary, but preferred, full training provided.

**ABOUT PAUL SADLER SWIMLAND**

Paul Sadler Swimland are recognised leaders in Aquatic Education worldwide. Due to our quick growing success we are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable people to join our Customer Service Team. We offer a fun, supportive environment where we teach over 1100 children to swim every week.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The position is a part time role of approximately 15-20 hours per week. There is absolutely room for growth in the role and for increased hours in the future and during peak periods. Availability during evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary.

**Specifically, your availability must include Tuesday (9:00am - 3:00pm), either a Monday or Wednesday morning shift (8:30am-11:30am), a weekday afternoon shift (3:00pm - 7:30pm) and Sunday morning availability (8:00am - 1:00pm).**

You will play a pivotal role in providing our customers with excellent customer service, ensuring we WOW them and give them an unforgettable experience in a fast paced, fun environment. You will;
- Love working with people and thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, both in person and over the phone.
- Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided).
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Enjoy working with and interacting with children (Working With Children check mandatory requirement).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
