**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Lead by example** - deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.

- **Financial accountability** - manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver strong results.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- An experienced leader in hospitality or QSR preferred, ideally with high volume or multi-site management experience.
- Confident in managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L;).
