What You’ll Be Doing
- **Tattslotto Operations**: Accurately operating the Tattslotto terminal, assisting customers with entries, and processing prize payouts
- **Sales & Transactions**: Managing the cash register and processing high‑volume retail transactions efficiently and accurately
- **Store Standards**: Maintaining a clean, organised, and well‑presented store, including visual merchandising and stock levels
- **Compliance**: Strictly adhering to all lottery policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations

What We’re Looking For
- **Retail Experience**:



Previous experience in retail or customer service (lottery experience highly regarded)
- **Numerical Accuracy**: Strong cash‑handling skills and attention to detail, even under pressure
- **Customer Focus**: A friendly, approachable attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
- **Detail‑Oriented**: High standards for compliance, accuracy, and store presentation
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work a rotating roster aligned with Chadstone Shopping Centre trading hours, including weekends
