We’re not hiring for just one role.

We’re looking for experienced call centre professionals to join our Newstead Head Office across multiple customer experience functions, with opportunities available in:

? Confirmations team members
? Appointment Specialist

We want people who know how to manage conversations, build rapport quickly, keep customers engaged and thrive in rapid-paced environments.

If you have worked in contact centres, scheduling, customer care, insurance, energy, finance, retention, inbound/outbound sales support or appointment setting — we want to hear from you.

The Opportunities

Confirmations Team

Help protect the customer journey before appointments happen.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Confirming appointments and customer attendance

- Managing rebooks and calendar changes

- Reducing cancellations and no-shows

- Objection handling and customer engagement

- SMS and email communication

- Supporting booking efficiency across teams

Appointments Specialists





Become part of the team supporting customers throughout their journey with RESINC.

You may be involved in:

- Making outbound calls to warm and qualified leads- NO COLD CALLS

- Having engaging, high-quality conversations with customers

- Booking appointments for our solar consultants

- Accurately updating notes and outcomes in Zoho CRM

- Working towards daily and weekly KPIs in a supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

We want people who already know the pace of a call centre.

You might come from:

· Contact centres

· Customer service environments

· Appointment setting roles

· Energy or utilities

· Scheduling or dispatch environments

What You’ll Get

$70,000 – $75,000 + Super

Bonus structure with realistic OTE around $100,000

Newstead Head Office location

Full-time permanent role

Rotating roster with a 3-day weekend
