Our client, Loxton Foodland IGA, South Australia, is seeking a full-time Fruit and Vegetable Manager to lead their produce department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced manager to oversee the operations of a key area in a bustling local supermarket.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining top-quality displays, managing inventory, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with all food safety standards.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**
- Overseeing the daily operations of the fruit and vegetable department, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand.
- Managing a team of staff, including scheduling, training, and providing ongoing support.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the department.
- Monitoring stock levels, performing regular checks, and placing orders with suppliers to minimise waste.




- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality produce at competitive prices.
- Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to develop strategies for growth and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
