Location: ilma Beach House, just a few minutes out of Dunsborough in Western Australia’s South West!

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at ilma Beach House.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the bar service area with a focus on cocktail preparation, other alcoholic beverages and coffee.

What you will be doing:

- Preparing and presenting all of our beverage offerings in a manner to exceed guest expectations, including cocktails, coffee and all other beverages

- Welcome customers and guests and working as a team to support day to day operations of the Beach House

- Work with direction from your supervisor to deliver friendly and professional levels of service to our guests

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organisational standards and industry regulations, including the responsible service of alcohol

What we are looking for:

- Significant prior experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible service of alcohol certification

- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour to ensure a positive guest experience

- Experience in other components of hospitality (for example barista) will be well regarded





- Reside locally in the Dunsborough area and be available aligned to our open days of Thursdays through Monday (approx 15-20 hours per week)
