About the Role:
As a Barista/Supervisor, you'll lead by example, ensuring the highest quality of coffee and service while managing the day-to-day operations. You'll support and motivate the team, manage customer interactions, and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the cafe. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service




Supervise daily operations, including staff management, inventory, and ordering
Ensure the cafe is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Assist with opening and closing procedures

About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Passionate about coffee and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Positive attitude and a team player
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
