Room Leader – Exceeding Childcare Service | Riverwood NSW

QuickCare is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join a beautiful Exceeding-rated early childhood service located in Riverwood NSW

This is an exciting prospect for a dedicated educator who is confident leading a room, mentoring educators, and creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children can thrive.

About the Role

As the Room Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care while leading a team of educators within the room. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF, building solid relationships with families, and maintaining a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support educators within the room
Create and implement engaging educational programs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming workplace
Build robust relationships with children, families, and the wider team
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and EYLF




Support children’s learning and development through meaningful experiences
Contribute to the service’s solid positive culture and exceeding practices

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Room Leader within an early childhood setting
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Secure Standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved qualification)
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
