Your Next Role

As our Production Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by delivering reliable, detail-oriented administrative support across the business. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while supporting internal teams through accurate data management, scheduling, and proactive communication.

Key Outcomes Include:

- Ensure a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience by managing reception duties, calls, and visitor interactions
- Maintain accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and ERP data management to support production and dispatch
- Coordinate schedules and support general administration to keep operations organised, efficient, and well-communicated

About you:

You'll thrive in this role if you are organised, friendly, and enjoy juggling a mix of tasks. You don't need to know everything on day one, we're happy to train the right person.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role (manufacturing or logistics experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Knowledge of MYOB would be beneficial but not essential
