Tiling Supervisor - Residential Projects (South West WA)

Are you an experienced tiler or site supervisor ready to step into a leadership role with a respected local business? Cape to Cape Tiling is seeking a hands-on, highly organised Tiling Supervisor to manage projects across the beautiful South West WA region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, close-knit team working on high-end residential tiling projects in Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River and surrounds.

About the Role

As Tiling Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
Coordinating daily site operations across multiple projects
Liaising with builders, clients, and trades to manage timelines and expectations
Conducting site inspections, quoting, and quantity take-offs
Managing and motivating the tiling team in office
Overseeing tile layouts, set-outs, and product systems
Ensuring material availability and job readiness
Maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and workmanship

You’ll also work closely with our sister business, QMI Tile & Stone,



to coordinate tile and product orders, technical advice, and deliveries.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in tiling, construction supervision or site coordination
Robust organisational and leadership skills
Ability to read plans and manage schedules
Excellent communication with clients and trades
A hands-on approach and eye for detail
Current driver’s licence
White card

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
